We had an awesome time at the resort with the beachfront location, great pools, and fun activities like pool volleyball. The kids loved their own pool with a fountain! Service was friendly and attentive, and the daily dining options were varied, so everyone found something they enjoyed. Just make sure to have patience during check-in.
My friend had an issue with her credit card charges at checkout, which caused a lot of stress. They claimed they didn’t receive the payment for a massage, making her pay again while we were in a rush. It felt frustrating not being heard and made the end of our trip stressful.
